They are a month old. Today was actually their due date. I can't believe that I have been blessed with such wonderful babies!! Who would think that they could be so wonderfully behaved at this age (knock on wood). They are eating every 3 hours during the day and 1 to 2 times at night. They are sleeping with Griffin in his room. They sleep in the same crib. I know Keelen likes it. He likes to snuggle up with his brother. I think that it is cute.

Nana and Papa

Since having the boys we decided not to go over to Nana and Papa's house after we opened our presents because it would just be alot for all of us, so I decided that we would invite them over to our house for breakfast. We had outrageous french toast. It was ok. I don't think that I will ever make it again. Nana loves the boys and will hold them whenever she has the opportunity to.

At noon we went to my grandma's house for lunch. We had to hurry back because Matt had to go to work that night. It was just nice to see everyone. We had a very nice Christmas!!

Christmas

We had a pretty laid back Christmas this year. Usually we are going everywhere and doing everything that we don't get to really sit down and enjoy it. On Christmas Eve we stayed house and watched a movie and just had a lot of fun. It was nice not to have to be anywhere. Christmas day the twins were the first to wake up, of course to eat. The girl followed right after. We went down stairs and decided that we need to open our presents. Everyone liked what they got. Griffin got a PSP and some games. Saphrin got a dress up outfit and barbies. Sophia got a shopping cart.

Saphrin my oldest daughter is a very aggressive girl. She likes to lay on her sister and push her down. I tell her that she can't do that. It is very annoying because I fell like I'm telling her not to every 2 seconds not to beat up on her sister. WELL yesterday Saphrin was beating up on her sister like usual and Sophia slapped her right in the face. I was shock. I didn't think that she would every do that. I would never say this to them but it was nice for Sophia to show Saphrin that she is not going to take it. Saphrin just seems to do stuff to Sophia. Saphrin is becoming something else!! She is learning and is teaching her sister.

I forgot

I forgot to say Happy Birthday to my HUBBY!! I love you!! I was 30 years old on Thursday. He is getting old. He got what he wanted... He wanted a Cowboy burger from Applebees. We really didn't do much for his birthday because of the boys. I really can't leave them.

First Appointments

They went to the doctor for a regular check up. Estin was 7 lbs 13 oz. 20 in long. Keelen was 6 lbs. 10 oz. 19 in long. The doctor said that they looked great. He said if you would have told me they were full term I would have believed you. That makes me feel like I am doing some right. I was afraid that I am nursing them both that they would have not gained very much and they did. They are super wonderful babies. Last night they slept for 7 hours in one chunk!! I hope that they continue to do that!! They are wonderful babies!!

Saphrin's Birthday Party

Saphrin had her birthday party last night. Both sets of grandparents were here plus her uncle Brian and uncle Corey. We had a fun night. Griffin was also able to be with us. She loved every present. She will find many ways to play!! Thank you everyone!!

I finally got the time to post the pictures. When I was looking at the pictures it was very hard to figure out who was who. The only way that I knew is who was on the machines and who was not. That is bad for a mother. EEK!!!

Happy birthday Saphrin!!

Happy Birthday to the Birthday girl!! She is 3 years old today. I can't believe 3 years ago I was in the hospital right now getting and epidural. It was relief. She was born at 6:31 tonight. She has made our life not dull. She is full of life!! I don't think that we can ever be dull with her around. It is so nice to have a daughter like her!! Now she can do swimming and gymnastics at the YMCA by herself. I will be interested to she how she does. She has grow alot this year. She can talk better. This being my first I love to see her grow up.

They are such good babies, but I guess they kind of have to with 3 older kids, 2 of them being 3 and 15 month. They slept almost 5 hours straight twice last night. I was very happy to get all that sleep. Any mother would like it too. Well I need to go feed them. They would eat like the older kids :)

Somewhere by myself!!

I went somewhere by myself yesterday. Well, not really by myself I did have the boys with me. They will have to be by my side for a while. Well anyway... I went to a baby shower for one of my friends of church. She had a very nice shower. She got alot of nice stuff. I was so happy to get out of the house. We are still at my parents house, but this is the last day. Saphrin yesterday decided that she was going to decorate my parents house with a marker. I was not here so it wasn't I that did watch her closely. It was my father. HAHA!! He got it mostly cleaned up. Thank goodness.

First scare for the boys

I'm saying it is the first because I know that there will be many more. They are boys aren't they. The boys have been sleeping in a pack and play. Saphrin likes tosit and stare at the boys. We tell her not to get into the pack and play. Last night I was making a cake and had just went in to check on the boys... I knew that Saphrin was in there and I wanted to make sure she was ok too. I came back out to finish the cake and started thinking to myself Saphrin is just to quite. I went in there and found Saphrin in the pack and play and was holding Keelen right next to her. Oh my goodness did I yell. I was afraid that she could have hurt one of the boys. She is a hyper one. She is going to get hurt or hurt someone. Thank goodness no one was hurt.

Two week old

I can't believe that my boys are two weeks old. I think that they are starting to get their days and night mixed up. They didn't sleep bad last night, but not good either. They also didn't want to wake up for there noon feeding. They are still so cute and still so small. Sophia is adjusting well. She is starting not to hit them as much. She is not running them over as much. Saphrin loves them. She wants to hold them all the time. Matt is back to work for now. He will hopefully have his time off after Christmas. That will be really nice.

Twin Boys!!

Yes it has taken this long to post. I didn't have the babies on the 2nd of December. My water broke on Friday November 28 at 10:30 am. I was in shock. I didn't think that would happen. I was thinking that day that it would be nice to have the babies that day. I went to the hospital. I got there by 12:30 and I was in the c-section room and had the babies by 2:50 pm. I thought that was fast. Estin cam out first 7 lbs. 2 oz. and Keelen was second at 2:52 pm 6 lbs. 6 oz. They had to be in the NICU. They had immature lungs. They were in their for 9 days. They got out December 6. We are so grateful!!!
