Saphrin has to get her picture take too!!

Whenever I get out the camera to take a picture it has to be of Saphrin. I got it out to take a picture of the boys, but here are the rest of the kids.

Sophia is really growing up
Saphrin

Griffin hates having his picture taken

2 months old

I can't believe that the boys are 2 months old. I feel like I have had them so long. They are doing ok. The only concerns that I have for them is that they spit up alot. I just hate changing their outfits 2 or 3 time a day. They get so wet. They are growing though. Everyone just seems to love them!!

I finally got out

After being home for the past 4 day I finally got to leave the house. Matt has has to work 11-9 the past 4 day so I have not been able to go anywhere. It is ok because it has been really cold here. We went to Wal-mart. We had to go grocery shopping. We got alot of stuff it seemed like. We needed one cart just for the groceries, but I guess with 7 people in a family you would spend alot. I just had a fun time going to Wal-mart. Didn't know that I would ever say that :)

Sophia

She is becoming such a big girl. She is taking our cell phones now and wanting to talk on them. She had her dad's cell phone and called mine. It was so cute. She also likes to take stuff and run away with it with a great big smile. She is growing up.

Estin

Well we had a long day yesterday. Estin has been projectile vomitting but then he would get really tired and not respond to you. He did it for 3 day straight, but it was just in the morning. We took him to the doctor yesterday in the morning and they wanted to do an utlrasound later that day. We went back to the hospital for the utlrasound and they didn't find anything. Which is good but I still don't know anything, so with all that I didn't get my personal time. I really need it with 5 kids. I will get it today:)

Today is a big Day

Today the President get sworen (sp) in as our 44th President. I did not personally vote for the guy but I do believe that he is in there for a reason. I don't know what right now. I pray that he will do a good job. Alot of people have put HIGH expectations on him and I don't know how he is going to meet them. In the eyes of these certain people I don't think that he can do no wrong. I am very scared of what will happen in the next four years and after. I am sure that our parents felt the same way about everything but I am going through it for the first time. One thing that I have to realize is that everything that I have is God's not mine and he can do whatever he wants to with it - I really enjoy our sermon this week. Whatever God wants he can have because it is already his. Good Luck and I will be Praying for you President O'bama.

Daddy is gone

Today was Matt's first day back to firsts, So far so good. The Estin gave me a little scare. He was vomitting alot and didn't want to wake up. He is up now so it makes me feel a little better. He is alert also. I tried to call the doctor about it but they were not in. I guess he is ok for now. With Matt going in early I'm going to have to wake up early. UGH!! I love my sleep because I don't know when I'm not going to get it. I am waiting for the boys to not sleep during the night. That would stink. Well I hope the rest of my day goes as well as it has. Saphrin has to go to swim class and my Dad is coming over to watch the rest of the kids. He is going to have so much fun!!

Great Grandma got to see the boys

Today we went up to Matt's brother's house to see Matt's Grandmother. She had not seen the boys at all. She was there along with his mom's 2 other sisters. It was nice for them all to be there to see the kids. We don't really get to see them often. They live about an hour away. The big thing was that I went there with 5 kids by myself. That is a challenge. It is getting to be pretty do able, even in the cold weather that we have been having. It went down to negative double digit tempatures. We made it back safely. That is all that matters.

The boys are growing

Oh my I can believe that the boys are almost 7 weeks old. They are growing so much sort of. At least one of them is.

Keelen
Estin

Keelen (top) and Estin (bottom)
Can't you tell a difference in them when they are side by side. I feed them the same Keelen is just going to be a runner and Estin is going to be my shot putter. I will help him with that. Some of you do know I went to State in shot put.

Boys' Baptism

The boys got baptized on Sunday. I don't agree with that they say that they are saved now but I do agree with the "sponsors." The sponsors are supposed to make sure that we are doing what we are suppose to do. I do not believe that they are saved now. They have to make that decision on their own. I or anyone else can not make that decision for them. That is like telling them that they are going to be doctors when they grow up. I am glad that we have loving christian friends and family that will help us raise our 5 loving children up in the Lord. In the end I pray that our children grow up and accept the Lord as their personal Savior and have a personal relationship with him!!

Thank you Everyone!!

Last night we went to my friend Jill's for supper. She wanted to bring us a meal or she said that we could come over. I love to get out so I decide that we were going to go over for supper last night. It was nice. The last time we were over for supper it was just the two of us. It is so weird how your family grows. We played Compatibility. It is a fun game. Our kids were very tired when we came home. It was passed their bed time. They had fun too. So a Big thank you to everyone for the wonderful meals!!

Am I feeding him?

Yesterday we had an appointment for the boys. Estin was 9 lbs 5 oz and 21 in long and Keelen was 7 lbs 4 oz and 19 3/4 in long. You would think that I don't feed Keelen as much and I do. They eat the same amount of time. Maybe Keelen just doesn't have a strong sucker. They still said that he was doing great.

Griffin Swimming

Griffin started swim class tonight. There are 10 kids in his class. I was really surprised. They usually limit it to 6. He looked a little rusty. He did great as the class went on. I like him taking these classes especially since we are homeschooling right now. The whole family went to the class. Saphrin and Sophia went to babysitting. That was nice!!

Poor Griffin

Griffin need to go to the doctor today after his dentist appointment. He had little bumps on his face. First we thought that it might be acne. He is a pre-teen (I'm not really for that). It didn't go any though, so we decide that he needed to go to the doctor. The doctor said that he had impentigo (sp). UGH. Where in the heck did he get that? I'm not going to say but he came back from his mothers looking like that, so Matt went and got the medicine for him and it was $40. I was like oh my goodness. I couldn't believe it. That is alot of money for a little tube. That was with insurance. At least he will not look like there is something wrong with him.

Saphrin's First Dentist Appointment

Well today we went to the dentist today. It was Saphrin's first time to go to the dentist. She did very well. She let them count her teeth. She even let them brush them alittle bit. Her teeth were not the best keep but we have something to work on. Griffin and I went to the dentist also. Griffin needs to brush his teeth alittle better. They never really tell you how you do though. Thank goodness no one had any cavaties. That is GREAT.

Mom's turn

Well I am up early this morning. I went to a Zumba class. It was really fun, exhausting but fun. I feel like I could start every day like that. I will go every Wednesday morning from 5:30-6:30 am. Matt is home to watch the kids. I will have to hurry back some days because Matt will need to go to work. The teacher is really nice and very encouraging. Now lets see if I can eat right today. I'm trying to get my baby fat off, some more would be great!! Next is Griffin's turn!!

Swim Class

Well Saphrin started swim class again on Tuesday. It was alittle scary for my because I wasn't in the water with her. I'm letting my little 3 year old go, a little bit. I was scared because I wasn't right next to her. I was afraid that she wouldn't do the class, but obviously she did. She did a wonderful job. She listened very well. Didn't try to jump into the pool. I was worried that she would drowned. She is still here. I can't wait for her to try new things. She is very hyper and we need to find some way to direct that energy for good.

Date? What is that?

Matt and I haven't went out on a date forever. One we haven't really had the money to do it and two we didn't have the time. Matt worked every weekend so didn't go out. Well last night I got my parents to watch the kids. They even spend the night. I thought it would be nice for Saphrin and Sophia because their cousin were spending the night too. I know that they will have fun. I called up Reghan and Marc to see if they would like to go with us without any kids and they said yes, so we went to Applebee's. We have been given a gift card. We got there and had a GREAT time. They are people that you come away and feel refreshed. As we were leaving a couple sat right in front of us in a booth. They had a young child probably about 2 maybe a little younger. As soon as he got to the table he puked. Oh we were like that is aweful, but kids do that. Maybe he got car sick. They sat back down. He puked 3 more time. Not until after that did they decide that they needed to go home. I was outraged. It is a place to eat you do stay their while your kid is puking. What about the other people around you. Do you not have any respect? Matt almost told that to leave. Thank goodness we were all done with our meal. I feel bad for the poor like baby. He was so sick. :(

New Year Party

My dad and Estin
Matt and Keelen

Saphrin

Saphrin

Every year at New Year's we have a party. We usually try to have Saphrin's party for the whole family then. It is so much easier than having them over at our house that time of year. She go some money that mommy will put away for safe keeping.
We also have a Meet the Babies. Every baby born into our family gets a shower. Estin and Keelen got a couple outfits and so money.

Look what I did

I have never colored my hair, so I decide since it was a new year that I should try something new. I decided to color my hair red. It is really hard to see first because my hair is really dark already and second because of the light. Matt really likes it!!
